Thank you for your request dated Sep 17, 2019 11:41:12 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Biogas producers.

Response to Request:

Your FOI request is approved. We can only provide the total sold (in liters) bioethanol and biodiesel covering 1st semester 2019 (January to June 2019) as the data for months of July to August were not yet completed.

Below is the 1st semester 2019 data based on the bioethanol/biodiesel monthly manufacturer's reports forwarded to the Department:

                Sold Bioethanol, liters   =   180,978,241.35 
                Sold Biodiesel, liters      =   112,876,053.00

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Alfonso G. Cusi at alfonsocusi@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
