Good day! I would like to request your good office for information regarding the processing of bunker fuel oil for use in internal combustion engines for diesel and bunker power barges for power generation in the country, particularly:

1.) how bunker fuel oil is processed; and 
2.) what national standards must be met in order for it to be considered suitable for use in power generation, specifically PNS/DOE QS 006:2005 or any former or recent revisions of such standards.
