Good day! 
 
(1) I would like to request the steps and requirements on how to be enlisted as indicative and committed RE Projects on DOE's website. Kindly provide specific documents required and detailed steps for our guidance.  
(2) In addition, would a project be still on the list if the implementation of work and financial plan is delayed?  
(3) Does it bear on whether an RE project is embedded or grid-connected?  
(4) Does it have an effect on CSP for bilateral contracts?

Good day!  
 
I'm not sure if I understand the "address" that you are referring to. 
 
If it's my home address - Phase 5, Country Homes, Barangay Ayala, Zamboanga City.  
  
If it's the project address, our RE projects are scattered in Mindanao, and one in Visayas.
