I would like to request the following documents.

1. Policies or guidelines on the development of onshore wind farms
2. Setbacks/Easements from infrastructure (e.g., roads, dwellings, etc.) for the installation of wind turbines

This information will be used for research and site selection/assessment for the development of onshore wind farms.

For item #1, please refer to DOE Department Circular No. DC2019-10-0013, entitled “Omnibus Guidelines Governing the Award and Administration of RE Contracts and Registration of RE Developers”, at https://www.doe.gov.ph/laws-and-issuances/department-circular-no-dc-2019-10-0013; and

For item #2, the DOE has no guidelines relative to setbacks/easements from infrastructure (e.g., roads, dwellings, etc.) for the installation of wind turbines.
