Good day DOE EUMB and EPMPB, I would like to request the following documents:
1. ESCO financial figures for the latest year and previously available fiscal years.
2. The financial report that includes the certified ESCO’s net worth and profitability.
I understand that the documents are bounded by the data privacy law, you may mask the ESCO names instead. We will use the figures to determine the ESCO market size and addressable size to leverage the ESCO industry in the country.

Hi Joyanne,
The financial figures will be used for the Market Research of ESCOs in the Philippines. The study is part of the larger initiative by the Energy Transition Partnership of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) through ep group London’s ESCO-in-a-box program.
With the financial figures, we can gain insights to which ESCO activities are most lucrative and where is most challenging to build on their capacities.
We are looking forward that this merits our request for the said document.

Please be informed that ESCOs are not required to submit their Financial Figures to DOE on a regular basis, however, ESCOs that are applying to be certified ESCOs of the DOE are required to submit their Audited Financial Statement for the last two (2) years during the time of their application.
Attached herewith is the Audited Financial Statement of DOE Certified ESCOs for your reference.
