Good day!

I would like to inquire and seek for your kind assistance on the following data regarding Power Outage for the purpose of research and market study that is aligned with the Vision and Objectives of the Department circular for Smart Grid

May we request the following data:

1. Actual Power Outage from 2019 - 2021
2. Breakdown by areas (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
3. Possible data by hrs./mins. of outage
4. Formula for the actual computation of power outage
5. Basis of Data/breakdown/computation
