Greetings of Peace!

Enclosed are the data that we have with regard to your request on the list of oil companies that supply fuel from Regions I - 3 and CAR.  Likewise, if you need a complete list of bulk fuel distributors, you may write directly the Oil Industry Competition and Monitoring Division of the Oil Industry Management Bureau in our Taguig City office.  They have the complete details since accreditation/registration is within their Unit.   

With regard to the history of pump prices, kindly view it on our website at www.doe.gov.ph because the computer wherein we have stored our database was corrupted.  Hence, all files were deleted and unable to retrieve.  Please be reminded as well that the Department of Energy - Luzon Field Office only monitors fuel prices in the key cities/municipalities of each province.
