Hi! I would like to request information about total number, duration, and type (purpose; e.g. forced outage, outage due to natural disaster, etc.) of power outages in the Philippines and in the CALABARZON region for a ten-year period (2009-2019). If it is possible, the data can be segregated per month and per year. 

The above information will be fundamental to my on-going research on power system resiliency on climate change impacts and climate-related disasters.
