Hi! I would just like to know if there is a MOA or any other document entered into by the DOE and the SEC as regards the requirement that prior to incorporation of a corporation that will engage in the energy industry, a COE should be issued by the DOE to the SEC. Thank you!

There is no MOA or any other document entered into between DOE and the SEC pertaining to the requirement of a COE to be issued by the DOE prior to incorporation of a corporation intending to engage in activities in the energy industry.
