Bilang isang mamamayan ng Barangay Ilijan, Batangas city kung saan nakatayo ang Ilijan Power Corporation ay nais ko pong dumulog sa inyong tangapan  upang malaman at makuha ang mga sumusunod dahil wala pong tugon sa aming panawagan ang aming barangay lalo na at kailangan ng tulong ang aking mga kababayan sa panahon ng krisis na ito.

1. Kabuu-ang pondo na pumasok sa aming barangay sa pamamagitan ng DOE ER 1-94
2. Mga dokumento na may kinalaman sa usaping pinansyal ng aming barangay at Dept of Energy.

Hangad ko po ang inyong mabilisang tugon.
