We respectfully request a thematic map of energy resources in Paligue, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur showing the contract or applied areas, including any overlaps between them, covered by the following Solar Energy Service Contracts (“SESCs”) or Solar Energy Operating Contract (“SEOCs”), to wit:
1. SESC or SEOC issued to Superserve Renewable Energy Corporation for its solar power project in Paligue, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur; and
2. SESC No. 2019-02-499 issued to Enfinity Philippines Renewable Resources Sixth Inc. for its solar power project in Palique, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur.

Your Request
You asked for Superserve Renewable Energy Corporation’s SESCs and/or SEOCs.
We wish to provide you the following responses, accordingly:
1. To date, there was no awarded SESC or SEOC to Superserve Renewable Energy Corporation;
2. Thematic and Resource Maps can be directly requested to include and overlay contract area of SESC No. 2019-02-499 issued to Enfinity Philippines Renewable Resources Sixth Inc. for the solar power project in Palique, Hagonoy,Davao del Sur since Mr. Espiritu is the Authorized Representative (i.e., Mr. Alberto Espiritu) of the said SESC.
