While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide the information you have requested. 

Regarding provision of per company information/data please note of the following provision of RA 8479 or the Downstream Oil Deregulation Law:

"Based on Section 15.g. of the Downstream Oil Industry Deregulation Act of 1998, any information that is privileged and confidential  may be disclosed to officers and employees of appropriate law enforcement agencies upon prior certification that such information will be maintained in confidence and will be used for official law enforcement purposes."
