I would like to request in your good office to get for  CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM LEGAL SERVICES- NO PENDING PENALTY OR PROHIBITION ENGAGE IN THE LPG ACTIVITY. AS REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE TO OPERATE OF JANESTOR LPG TRADING, WAWANGPULO VALENZUELA CITY .

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have to provide clearance under FOI Portal because it is an internal service of the Bureau of DOE. However, you may wish to contact DOE Trunkline at 84792900 and connect to DOE Oil Industry Management Bureau and/or Legal Services.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Raphael T.M. Lotilla at rlotilla@doe.gov.ph.
