Hi! I would like to ask some questions:

Which power flow algorithm (full Newton-Raphson method, fast decoupled power flow, DC power flow, etc.) do the System Operator (SO - NGCP) and Market Operator (MO - IEMOP) use in scheduling, pricing, and dispatch every 5 minutes?

Do you (or ERC) require the SO and MO to use the answer above? Or do the SO and MO have the freedom to choose their preferred algorithm?

A. 
Is ERC issued now a Forward Contracting for RCOA or Contestable Customers? 
-The DOE is not aware of any issuance from the ERC governing Forward Contracting for RCOA or Contestable Customers. To address the query, youE may refer the query to the ERC.

B. 
Which power flow algorithm (full Newton-Raphson method, fast decoupled power flow, DC power flow, etc.) do the System Operator (SO - NGCP) and Market Operator (MO - IEMOP) use in scheduling, pricing, and dispatch every 5 minutes?
-The Market Management System of the WESM uses AC power flow using Newton Raphson and Fast Decoupled method.

Do you (or ERC) require the SO and MO to use the answer above? Or do the SO and MO have the freedom to choose their preferred algorithm?
-The WESM Rules require the use of AC power flow but does not specify the type to be used.
