We are strengthening our position and justification on the possible PSA and corresponding terms we will offer to various electric cooperatives (ECs) here in Mindanao. With this, schedule of the annual preventive maintenance schedule of the generators here in Mindanao will also be helpful. In this regard, I would like to request for the historical record and available information on the 2017 annual preventive maintenance of generators in the Mindanao Grid. Rest assured that the information will remain confidential and will be used only for the purpose cited above.

We refer to the DOE’s People’s Freedom of Information Manual Annex C: EPIMB: 1. All grid user’s data that is being provided by the NGCP to the DOE are confidential as stipulated in Section 1.4.2.1 of the Philippine Grid Code. In this regard, we cannot provide the data request in the historical outages of the Power Plants in Mindanao because it is included in the exception list of the DOE-FOI.
