This is to update the herein thread of feedback regarding the concern of Mr. Hio. On February 4, 2021, Mr. Hio made a follow up on his concern sent which the CWPO immediately endorsed to MERALCO and reminded the latter to immediately respond to the concern as this is a safety concern.
