You asked for Clearance Certificate from the Legal.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your request if for internal requirements of DOE Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB). However, you may wish to contact the DOE OIMB Director Rino Abad in the DOE trunkline 8479-29-00.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary R. P.M. Lotilla at rlotilla@doe.gov.ph.
