Dear Sir/Madam,
May I request from good office of copy of LFC 001-2019, Exempting Professional from paying Mayors Permit/Business Permit.  There has been long standing issue here in Quezon City, regarding the application of the said permit. I am a practicing dentist and I am a member of Novaliches Dental Professionals, a group of practicing dentist in the area of Novaliches Quezon City.  They are giving a hard time and run-abot in securing this permit. We will present this circular as an attachment or additional documents to support our request that we are entitled to minimal charge.
