Greetings! I am Raye Danielle H. Peralta, a fourth year student pursuing bachelor of arts in journalism at the University of Santo Tomas.

I write to request records from​ ​the​ Department of Finance, specifically, the Bureau of Internal Revenue​. It is my objective to obtain a copy of​ ​the following documents related to Run Against Tax Evaders (RATE) campaign of the Bureau of Internal Revenue: 

1.	List of Run Against Tax Evaders (RATE) cases filed in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
2.	The status of RATE cases filed in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
