Study on multiplier effect of Build, Build, build

Requested from DOF by S. Africa at 06:09 PM on Apr 29, 2021.
Purpose: Evidence-based policy research advocacy
Date of Coverage: 06/30/2016 - 04/29/2021
Tracking no: #DOF-423226023152

Africa 06:09 PM, Apr 29, 2021

Hello!

Finance secretary Dominguez is frequently quoted as saying that the government's Build, Build, Build (BBB) program "has the highest multiplier effect on the economy" and that it creates millions of jobs, such as during the recent Sulong Pilipinas forum. We have looked through the websites of the DOF and NEDA but have not seen the studies on these.

May we please have copies of the study/studies establishing BBB's multiplier and job creation effects?

Thank you!
