May I request for an electronic copy of the latest Local Treasury Operations Manual? I am employed as Local Treasury Operations Officer II at the City Treasurers Office of the City Government of Zamboanga. We refer to the manual for our daily review of treasury operations income and expense reports, revenue collectors and barangay treasurers. Thank you.
