Good day. This is from Mataas na Paaralang Juan C. Laya, San Manuel, Pangasinan. This is to request a copy of COA-DBM-DOF Joint Circular 1-97 dated January 02, 1997. Bureau of Treasury- Pangasinan asked our agency to submit this as a legal basis for our application of opening a trust fund account at LBP- Binalonan. Thank you.
