Good Day!

This inquiry pertains to the non issuance of tax declarations conducting due diligence in Puerto Princesa City and the Province of Palawan on the following grounds.

1. In the absence of an authority from the owner of a declared property. Question? Are these records considered public records or private records of which the public can not have access to it in conducting due diligence or for reference purposes? 

2. In the absence of a Tax clearance or receipt of updated real property tax payments, anyone can not secure certified Tax declarations.
