Hi,

Good day! I would like to request for a copy of the Memorandum signed by Republic of Singapore and the Philippines on April 3, 1981, through the duly authorized representatives of the Ministers of Finance of the Republic of the Philippines and of the Republic of Singapore on taxation of shipping and air transport profits under the Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation between said countries.
