Thank you very much for taking time in reading my request. We would like to request for the process and documentary requirements of a medical distribution business importing medical devices, supplies and consumables from abroad specifically China. Basically we would like to know the tariff rates and importation process.

Also, we would like to know if we are setting up a medical laboratory business, do we have to get a special permit for importation of the imported items are used for a business and not for a distribution company?
