Good day! I would like to request for the following information/documents related to the USD750 million AIIB loan agreement signed by Sec. Dominguez on June 5, 2020 (available in DoF website https://www.dof.gov.ph/download/philippines-cares-program-loan-agreement-with-aiib-signed/?wpdmdl=26341 ).
1. Copy of the "policy letter" referred to in page 2 and in Schedule 1 of the loan document that the AIIB received from the government May 11, 2020
2. Request for the status on utilization of the loan proceeds.
3. Request for any documents that serve as official report by the government to the AIIB.
