In behalf of the City Government of Borongan, I would like to request for the following:

1. A copy of DBM-DOF-DILG JMC No. 1-02 dated February 6, 2002. 

2. May we be informed of the qualifications and/or process or procedure on how the City Government of Borongan can collect its share from the incremental revenues collected by BIR pursuant to the provision of Section 282 of the Tax Code.
