Good day! This has reference to Executive Order No. 720, s. 2008, "Establishment of a Government-Nongovernment Partnership in the Accreditation of Donee Institutions Relative to the Tax Deductibility of Charitable Contributions Under Section 34(H) of the National Internal Revenue Code, As Amended". We are researching the tax exemption of NGOs in the country, and as such we are looking for the implementing rules of the said EO. However, we cannot find any document relative therefor on the website of the Department of Finance.

May we request a copy of the said document? Thank you.
