Hi,

I would like to request for the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9335, known as the Attrition Act of 2005, basically it was first promulgated in 2006 and amended last 2017.

So my request would include the IRR as: (i) first promulgated in CY 2006; and (ii) amended in CY 2017.
