Hello, I would like to request for all project reports , MOA , accounting, audit regarding IBRD World Bank Loan 1647ph.

The Project signed by Ministry of Finance and worldbank is second urban development project in 1978 .  Where do I get the study and reports of this project ? I also know that there are collection and payment reports that were made.

Please tell me where I can get a copy of this defunct project
