Hi Good Day, I do not know if this is the right department were I can ask for some verification about my concern for my current Auto Loan..

The Loan Firm was charging me a 6,000 interest for the bayanihan 1 and 2 is this possible? I thought there are rules that loans should not have charge interest since it was on the pandemic season. You may correct me if I am wrong with this, I am just confused that it was charge for some additional interest because of the pandemic.

For additional information my loan was on a Private company not on any banks.
