Good day, I would like to know if it's okay to work on a company without a proper signing of contract. The company I was talking about is Seoknam Inc. This is located at Suntrust Ecotown Epza 2. Sahud ulan Tanza Cavite. They told us that the signing of contract with them is when we complete our 5 months working on them. If we complete it, then we got the contract signing for regularisation or just another 5 months with them.
1.) Is there a proper guidelines to a private company when it come to deployment?
2.) Is it legal to work on a private company without a contract?
