Hello.

Does the senior citizen discount FULLY apply even if a Hotel establishment says the hotel rate being given is already on a Promotional rate"?
What exactly is the discount that a senior citizen can avail related to "promo rates" of hotels?

Please cite applicable Law/Circular and pertinent section thereof
