Hi! I would like to request an electronic copy of the MINISTRY OF THE BUDGET-MINISTRY OF FINANCE-COMMISSION ON AUDIT  JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 9-81 dated October 19-1981 which pertains to the Consolidated and Revised Guidelines in the Proper Handling, Operation and Accounting for Trust Receipts.

I would also like to request for the ANNEXES of the said Joint Circular.
