I am writing to request for a copy of the Exchange of Notes on Cooperation Procedure for Loan Availment under a Renminbi-denominated facility with CIDCA, which was reportedly signed by the DOF in Beijing in August 2019 (https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1079087).

This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papersin the next few months.
