Understanding the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) supervision over all Credit Cooperatives, under RA 6939/9520/11364, I would like to request:
1. Resolution for my overdue complaint filed from Nov. 2019.
2. I would like to know the applicability of FATCA on SDCC who provides banking services (deposit/loans) to its members and FOREIGN associate members.
3. I would like to know if I violate the DATA Privacy Act with my request to obtain bank record accounts of my deceased mother from SDCC, as an heir.
