Hi,

My name is Martine Anuel Punzalan. I am a Filipino citizen who is currently in the United States as a permanent resident. I am in the process of purchasing a house here but one of the requirements is my Income Tax Return for the past 2 years. Hence, I am requesting your good office to provide a copy of my 2021 ITR; I already have my 2022 ITR. 

In 2021, I worked as a nurse at St. Jude Medical Center for several months. I was not able to get my ITR from them, and I am not sure if I will be able to do that now since I heard that the hospital stopped its operation recently.
