Greetings. I am a business owner and I am interested in learning the real cost for Mayor's Permit / Business Permit in Toledo City, Cebu. My greatest fear is that the City Treasurer is issuing exuberant taxes on our people in Toledo. In Manila, Business Permit only cost around P3800 for a small botika. In Toledo, our neighbor who only has a small sari-sari store, they where asked for P20,000 for renewal. I need legal basis so that we can file complaint against this corrupt offcial.
