Good day! I would like to inquire the following:
1. Is your Agency conducting or will conduct an RT-PCR test for COVID 19 for your employees?
2. Will the employees shoulder the cost or the Agency? How much?
3. Who is the service provider?
4. Did you need to get clearance from DOH??
5. If the budget came from your Agency, was there a pre-audit by COA?
6. Who was tested? What percent of the employee population? or Will all employees be tested?
7. Is it the Rapid Test or the PCR Test, or both?
