Good day!

I have searched the internet however there is no copy of signed Exchange of Notes between Japan and Philippines even for the past Agreements, however turns out none.

Based on  Court Decision G.R. No. 175772, I would like to know the clauses pertaining to the Taxation of National Government Projects especially ODA and JICA funded projects and if applicable to recent projects such as NSCR Extension Project.
