I would like to request the disaggregated Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (SRE) for Social Services – Health, Nutrition, and Population Control for 2010 – 2020 – for all provinces, cities and municipalities, by the expense classes of:

1. Office of the Health officer
- Field Projects
- Rural Health Unit (RHU)
2. Day Care Clinic
3. Office of the Provincial /City/Municipality Hospital
4. Chest Clinic
5. Office of the Population Officer
6. 20% of Local Development Fund
7. Others
