Good day! 
May we request what is the status of the AOM that was served to NAPOLCOM regarding on PNP Welfare Benefits program. COA requested for a DOJ legal opinion on this matter.
But the latest update that we have received from a NAPOLCOM representative is that DOJ have already left this matter under COA's jurisdiction. This welfare benefits program has been implemented since it was constitutionalized. Your basis of your AOM was the DBM's interpretation which they have already folded after releasing the funding to NAPOLCOM last February.
