Hi! I would like to request a copy of the loan agreement between the Philippines and Asian Development Bank for the South Commuter Railway Project which was signed on June 16, 2022. Loan agreements such as this are usually uploaded in the DOF and/or ADB websites, but it is not yet online as of writing. Thank you very much!
