The Land Bank of the Philippines has downloaded the last tranche of the loan of the Municipality of Culaba Province of Biliran for the construction of the water system, last 20 June 2019. The Municipal Treasurer as of date has refused to deliver the said check for various reasons unclear to us. We need your help so as not to prejudice our business
