Good day.  I am from the House of Representatives Library.  May we request for a copy of the IRR of EO No. 249, s. 1987 on behalf of one of our library clients.  We initially provided the client with DO 115-87; however, she is claiming that there is more to the document.  Is there an annex or an additional document relating to the IRR of the EO?  Will appreciate your prompt response to the matter. Thank you.
