Dear Department of Finance,

In lieu of the SC Ruling on the Mandanas Case, the Department of Health is set to devolve some functions from our office (national agency) to the LGUs. Part of the process of devolution is the gradual transitioning of our plans and programs to the LGUs. 
With this, I am requesting your office the most updated classification by income class (1st class, 2nd class, etc.) of all the 5 provinces in Davao Region and their municipalities, including Davao City. Such data would be our official guide in the planning process.
