Dearest Ma'am/ Sir, 

This letter represents my request to have a copy  of LTOM. I am Hanna Mae A. Amistad , a current Brgy. Treasurer in Brgy. Liburon, Carcar. I started working in the Barangay last Oct. 2021. I really need a copy of LTOM so that I will be guided by the manual and it will served as my reference.
