Hi, I would like to request information on how we apply for Tax-exemption of goods. 
The goods will bring by the foreign supplier with them. 
The purpose of bringing equipment is to conduct a two-day training to Philippine Navy and will be returned back the goods with the team. 
We have no other options, and I know this is too late to request.
