Good Day! I would like to request for the Income tax returns ITRs) of President Duterte and his cabinet members for 2016.

Through the DOF, I hope my request can reach the BIR which is among the agencies under the finance department.

I am also invoking Executive Order # 2 on Freedom of Information and  Section 7, Article 3 of the Bill of Rights under the 1987 Constitution on right to public information.
