Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the "Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the People’s Republic of China" which was signed during President Duterte's visit to China on 21 October 2016. 

For reference, the document is item no.1 on the Annex-List of Signed Cooperation Docs of the Joint Statement of the Republic of the Philippines and the People's Republic of China (see: https://dfa.gov.ph/dfa-releases/10748-joint-statement-of-the-republic-of-the-philippines-and-the-people-s-republic-of-china).
